Who these terms are with
The site is operated by Try Quantum OÜ, an Estonian company (registration 14036846), at Sepapaja 6, Tallinn 15551, Estonia. "We" and "us" mean that company; "you" means anyone using the site.
What our prices are, and are not
Every figure is a median of quotes we collected, for the hire shape and dates the page names. It is information, not an offer, and it forms no part of one. It does not reserve a car, does not fix a price, and creates no contract between us. What you pay is set by the rental company at the time you book, on their terms.
Changes to the site and to these terms
We may change the site, and these terms, at any time. The current version is always the one posted here. We do not guarantee that the site is uninterrupted or error-free, and prices move between batches.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with it or gain unauthorised access to it, do not scrape or redistribute its content commercially, and do not use it in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — its text, figures, layout, graphics and marks — is owned or licensed by Try Quantum OÜ and protected by copyright. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.
Third parties and affiliate links
Booking is handled by our booking partner under their own terms, and we earn a commission on bookings made through them at no extra cost to you. We choose partners carefully but we are not responsible for their content, their products or their services.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of it or reliance on it, including any difference between a figure published here and a price you are later quoted. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Estonian law, and the courts of Tallinn have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any provision is held invalid, the rest continues to apply. The English version prevails over any translation.
