For 4 people with 4 bags, choose a 5-seat Intermediate car, the Volkswagen Jetta size, at Ontario Airport: November 2026 averages £36 a day when booked around a month before your trip. A Compact car, the Nissan Versa size, averages £34 a day at that lead time but takes only 3 bags, so choose it only with less luggage. A Fullsize car, the Chevrolet Malibu size, averages £45 a day and seats 6 but still takes only 4 bags, so extra seats do not solve a luggage shortage. 100% of cars offered are automatic, so you do not need to filter out manuals. Do not plan on hiring an electric or hybrid car, as neither is offered.
